How Our Strength Training Works
2-3x per week strength training that takes about 25-30 minutes
- Non-complicated exercises good for both beginner and experienced lifters 
- Videos for each workout & access to a personal trainer online 
- Options for bodyweight or equipment (barbell, dumbbell, resistance bands, etc.) 
- Lifting that specifically targets: 
- Balance 
- Core Strength 
- Improved Posture 
- Injury Prevention 
- Muscle Joints/Stability 
- Improved Running Economy
